This policy explains how AthleteAdSpace ("we", "us"), operated by [Legal entity name], [Registered address], collects and uses personal information when you use athleteadspace.com.
Logged-out visitors can see an athlete's initials, nation, divisions and race calendar. Names, social handles and sponsor details are only shown to athletes and to sponsors with an active plan. Offer amounts are only visible to the sponsor and athlete involved, and to site administrators. Athletes' shipping addresses and payout details are used only by AthleteAdSpace and our payment provider, Stripe, to deliver products and payments. They are never shared with sponsors.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host and operate the site (for example our web host, email provider and payment provider, Stripe), with Google and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement when you have consented to those cookies, or where the law requires it.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to secure forms, plus browser storage to remember your cookie choices. These are always on.
Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, tells us how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and which forms are completed. Until you accept analytics, Google receives only cookieless, aggregated signals (Google Consent Mode).
Marketing (only with your consent): the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and, if enabled, Microsoft Clarity measure how our ads and pages perform, for example whether a visit led to a sign-up. These load only after you accept them.
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Fonts and flag images are loaded from Google Fonts and flagcdn.com, which receive your IP address when these are loaded.
We keep account data while your account is active. Messages are kept for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR or Canada's PIPEDA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to certain uses. Contact us through the contact form or at [privacy contact email]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
We'll post updates here and change the date above. Significant changes will be emailed to members.
